I lost my Gandma Dewey at 5 years old and it feels like it was yesterday. I have tried to bring her sweet nature into this world as often as possible, and this is one of the most pure ideas I have ever spawned.
Thanks for making me feel so loved, even if only for a little.
Video Game Companies have a responsibility to our community, because like teachers, they hold our children's development and safety in their hands. Rather than a game bent on making Freemium Addicts dump money from Mommy's credit card, I want to create a real world playing style using Hologram and Smartphone Technology, mixed with a few physical aspects like throwing a Pokeball at a Hologram on the move.
The Idea is simple. Create games that cause positive outcomes, not time wasters.
Food- Kids can have a real life Farmville garden in the back yard that they compete with online. Food is then sold directly out of the app.
chinPokmon- Why can't chinPokmon be based on real animals? So when kids catch them and care for them they get real lessons on nature and how it all works? It is really a shame this is a new concept. It isn't hard to make a Grizzly Bear seem Badass.
Material goods- Why can't we get to the point where a kid sheers a sheep for points, makes the thread for points, and then creates their very own tunic/shirt, and it has an armor class special abilities depending on the material? Then the kid is out fighting holograms with literally the physical equipment they made. Pokballs they crafted. They can use their points to buy extra thread from another player as well. maybe one kid supplies the whole town with this special thread he harvests from a rare animal he shears, the possibilities are endless.
Parents- Parents need to play. they need to moderate the conversations children have. In Honor of that, giving parents the ability to customize the game, the community, and tailor it to the types of animals in that area for example, are great concepts that must be applied.
Daily Quest-
It's the fall! Go collect 1000 walnuts, 10 pumpkins, and 50 apples to get legendary rare items only once in a lifetime release. New Items every year and tagged with a date. As the years go on, the items become more valuable, as no more are released into the game. Creates a reason for kids not to procrastinate.
